Changchun Desen Automotive Components Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Changchun Desen) was established in July 2007 and operates two production facilities: the Xinxin Plant, located in Kaixuan Village, Xinxin Town, Lüyuan District, Changchun, covers an area of 16,500 square meters with a building area of 11,000 square meters; and the Intelligent Manufacturing Plant, situated in Hexin Town, Lüyuan District, spans 20,000 square meters with a building area of 13,000 square meters.
The company specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of stamped and welded automotive components, currently producing more than 300 product variants that are compatible with mainstream best-selling models from major OEMs such as FAW-Volkswagen, FAW Hongqi, FAW Bestune, and FAW Toyota. We have long-term partnerships with numerous Tier-1 component suppliers to major automakers, including Changchun Huaxiang, Jilin Xiezhuan, Lingyun, Jinggong Stamping & Welding, Xincheng, Jilin Jinhong, Laijin, Jilin Yihe, and Yingli, making us a strong, specialized manufacturer of automotive components in the region.
In terms of talent allocation, the company currently employs over 180 staff members, including seasoned core professionals in stamping and welding management, quality control, and tooling and equipment support, as well as frontline production and logistics teams. The workforce boasts a highly specialized and stable structure with extensive hands-on experience.
Strong manufacturing and hardware capabilities: The Xixin Plant houses two stamping workshops and one welding workshop, equipped with more than 30 press machines ranging from 63T to 2,500T and over 10 sets of specialized welding equipment. The Intelligent Manufacturing Plant is outfitted with one 1,600T and one 2,500T intelligent automated multi-station production line, as well as one 1,250T and one 630T progressive blanking lines. The comprehensive inspection system includes precision testing equipment such as the Edwards Daisy 122510 mobile bridge-type three-coordinate measuring machine and the WDW-100kN universal testing machine, enabling precise full-process product inspection.
The company has obtained IATF 16949:2016 certification for the automotive industry quality management system, enabling large-scale, standardized, and intelligent production and delivery of stamped and welded automotive components across all sizes—large, medium, and small.
