Changchun Desen Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changchun Desen") was founded in July 2007. The company's Xixin factory area is located in Kaiyuan Village, Xixin Town, Luyuan District, Changchun City, covering an area of 16500 square meters. The construction area is 11000 square meters. The new intelligent automation plant is located in the Luyuan Development Zone, Hexin Town, Changchun. It covers an area of 20000 square meters and the first phase has a construction area of 6000 square meters. The first phase was completed and put into operation in March 24. Changchun Desen is a professional manufacturer of automotive stamping and welding parts. There are more than 300 kinds of products in production, and the models cover many hot-selling models such as FAW-Volkswagen, FAW Hongqi, FAW Pentium, FAW Fengyue, etc. The main customers are Changchun Huaxiang, Yingli, Lingyun, Laijin, Xincheng, Jilin Yihe, Jilin Xiezhan, etc.
The company now has 10 technical management personnel, 10 quality management personnel, 14 mold and equipment maintenance personnel, and more than 140 production and logistics auxiliary personnel in the first-line workshop, totaling more than 180 people. Xixin factory is divided into stamping workshop 1, stamping workshop 2 and welding workshop. At present, it has 33 63T-1600T presses, 8 spot welding machines, 2 spot welding robots, 8 turn-milling drilling and grinding shears, 6 5T-16T large electric bridge cranes, 1 rail gantry crane and 6 3-10T forklifts. One 1600T and one 2500T intelligent automatic multi-station production line is under construction in the new factory. The testing equipment includes one Edward Daisy 122510 mobile bridge-type three-coordinate measuring machine and one WDW-100kN universal testing machine, which can provide large, medium and small stamping welding parts for a variety of models, and the third-party professional logistics is responsible for transportation and delivery.
