Precision machining, ordinary processing difference

Precision machining is a very important process in machining. Therefore, all the skills and knowledge in this area are also quite a lot. Today, I will share some of the contents I understand with friends in the machining industry. I hope friends in the industry can put forward some opinions or suggestions.

First, is there any difference between precision machining and ordinary machining?

Since it is precision machining, it is certainly very different from ordinary machining. Many friends can't tell them apart, but this is still very important, so I took it out and shared it with you. Only by recognizing their differences can we make correct judgments in the processing process and achieve twice the result with half the effort.

The second point, precision machining, processing sequence and process who is more important?

In precision machining, the processing technology and processing sequence are very important. Many friends are used to comparing them. Then the fact is that they are very important in the whole processing work, so there is no comparability. Such comparison is meaningless, so I think there is no answer to this question. Only when they are done to the extreme can they be regarded as real precision machining.

Third, what are some of the common processes of precision machining?

For professional masters in the industry, this problem is not difficult for them, but I still have to teach them a lesson and share it with friends who have just entered the industry. In the process of precision machining, we often use some processes such as fine milling, fine grinding, fine turning, fine boring, grinding and so on. These processes have strict requirements. Some processes seem similar, but there is a big difference in real processing. I won't go into details here. I'll share them with you next time.

The fourth point, precision machining requirements are not high?

Since it is precision machining, its requirements are definitely not low, so the answer to this question is yes. And different processing parts have a very strict distinction between processing parameters, the wrong point will likely make the processing parts can not be used. Therefore, the processing masters will pay great attention to all aspects of the details in the processing process, so as not to make mistakes and waste processing materials.
